Because everything is made to order, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey does not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will still make things right on the occasion the customer finds themselves in the following situation upon receipt of their item:
Product or design elements are damaged, peeling or the customer did not receive what they ordered.
If the customer finds themselves in this situation, PLEASE send an email to KhloeysKreationsbyChainey@gmail.com as soon as possible with a description of the issue and video or photographic proof attached. Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey WILL NOT make a consideration without photos or video.
Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey at their full discretion, will determine if there was an application or product fulfillment error, or a poorly packaged shipping error on their end or if it was a customer care error.
In the event Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey determines the error was theirs, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will either make the immediate effort to repair (local to Waco,Tx), OR guide the customer on what they can do to fix it themselves, OR if all else fails, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will re-make or re-send a new item to the customer.
If Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey find the error was that of the customer's, they will be happy to repair the item at the customer's expense, in which the customer is responsible for covering shipping and materials. Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will provide the customer with an appropriate fee for the expected repair work, which the customer can either accept and pay, OR the customer can decline and Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will not repair the item.
Once orders are shipped or handed off to customers, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey is no longer responsible for them.
Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey is not responsible for designed products that show signs of distress with any items if it is apparent that the customer did not follow provided product care instructions.
Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey is not responsible for replacing tumbler lids or straws there will be a fee charged. If needed, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey will direct the customer on where to purchase replacement parts.
Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey is not responsible for faulty base items.
While rare, there may be very minor imperfections in cured protective coating, or random pieces of fine (very small) glitter on tumblers that have completely different colors of glitter, or no glitter at all. Just like you, these tumblers are one of a kind, and are completely handmade. Much like Bob Ross paintings, you may find "happy little accidents," not "happy little mistakes."
Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey is not obligated to refund or remake tumblers if a customer is nit picky over potential "happy little accidents."
Once production is started on a paid order, last minute design changes will not be accepted. Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey does not want to waste time or materials. It is the customer's full responsibility to be sure of what they want when making their order, including correct spelling of names or phrases.
For legal reasons, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey WILL NOT custom make products that infringe on existing trademarks or copy written material. Please do not ask Khloey's Kreations by Chainey to personalize anything using but not limited to imagery, text, phrases, or lyrics from Walt Disney Company (Disney Consumer Products, Inc.), Sesame Workshop, Hello Kitty (Sanrio, Inc.), Warner Bros. (DC Comics, c/o Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Inc.), Martha Stewart, Kirstie Allsopp (BBC Worldwide Limited), Entertainment One UK Limited, Nickelodeon (Viacom International, Inc.), Boys Scouts of America, NFL, MLB, NHL, etc.
In other words, if it's famously well known, please don't ask.
For ethical reasons, Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey WILL NOT custom make products that are discriminatory towards race, religion, sexual orientation or gender, or stigmatizes mental illness or other disabilities. Khloey’s Kreations by Chainey also has the right to refuse to make anything of a political nature.
